Case Study Description
The US Marine Corps Systems Command’s (MCSC) legacy procurement process was expensive, time consuming, unable to meet the demands of the MCSC’s policies, and in need of modernization. The MCSC turned to Appian to develop and implement a procurement solution. Appian’s solution allowed the MCSC to reduce procurement turnaround time, save money, and even the playing field for fair competition.
