Case Study Description
While recognizing that an enterprise web portal could function as the central point for knowledge management, the US Army realized that its legacy portal, originally implemented in 1999, was limited in scope, scalability, and capability, and would therefore not suffice to meet the Army’s organizational challenges. The Army turned to Appian to implement a new portal.
