SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) and IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced an agreement to expand their global sales, marketing and development relationship. As part of this agreement, the two companies will work together to provide expanded choices for customers that wish to implement mySAP.com and IBM's DB2 Universal Database on a variety of hardware platforms. On December 14, Oracle Corporation announced record second quarter results for the period ended November 30, 1999. For the quarter, net income increased 40% to $384 million, or $0.26 per share, while total revenue grew to $2.3 billion.
