Great Plains – An SME Market Leader, But At What Cost?
Great Plains has established itself as a global small-to-medium enterprises (SME) market leader. It now derives almost 20% of revenue outside of the US market and has the potential of reaching $300 million in revenues in fiscal 2001. Its extensive and efficient global indirect channel model that consists of over 2,000 partners has been admired industry-wide. At Stampede 2000, its annual partner conference, Great Plains announced significant extensions to its product offering.
