Usability
Poor usability leads to irritation and fatigue and it has an adverse impact on the usage experience. In an on-line shopping web site, it can lead to loss of revenues. Is Baan Clinically Dead?
On January 4, 2000 Baan, Europe's No. 2 business software company, sank deeper into trouble as its CEO resigned and it forecast a fourth quarter loss of $240 million to $250 million after restructuring.
